either way, if you can skip a trip back, you should (i.e.: clear 5 while youre there) best island clear pattern is 5 6 1 2 3 4 (with 5 6 4 1 2 3 being a close runner up, for different reasons, obviously). its kinda hard to get just enough shields for knights, because the archers on the wrong side (and workers) will steal them. never build walls further out than one or two walls out (just enough to get the shield store + farm) never wait for winter (dont wait to leave, and dont wait to press the offense). (you can technically destroy JUST the cave portals, leaving all small portals, by using the gjallarhorn on island1) once cave is destroyed, no greed will appear out of any small/dock portals. do you need to clear harbor side portals if cliff is cleared? or island is cleared at that point?ġ) nope.
